Coaching and Advisory – FOCUS

FOCUS work just means there is a specific topic that you would like to work on (e.g., getting more customers, improving profitability, etc).  We review gaps, consider options, and make recommendations.  Each engagement is different.  Whether we are doing an Opportunity Gap Session, Ideation/Whiteboard Session, Goals.Road Map Planning, or some combination of these working sessions, they can be combined to ensure you accomplish your goals. The  outcome of FOCUS sessions is to give you recommendations and direction or a more formal plan to gain advantage for your business.   

FOCUS Packages begin at $300

Coaching and Advisory – RETAINER

RETAINER engagements are designed for clients that want a regular cadence of coaching and advice.  In some cases, a RETAINER package is a good idea following PROJECT or FOCUS work to help ensure that those efforts pay off.  Other times, just having regularly scheduled meetings to make progress on other things works just fine.  The outcome of RETAINER sessions is to provide on-going advice and coaching on important business efforts.  

RETAINER packages require a 3 month minimum engagement.  RETAINER Packages begin at $500

Project – SPECIFIC

SPECIFIC work is done as a formal project.  Examples include things like, financial analysis, market analysis, or technology road mapping.  Each project will have its own set of description, deliverables, and timeline.  Projects are planned and do require a statement of work.  Many clients have seen the need for specific projects after our initial conversations to address important areas of their business.  Projects are for a set period of time with an anticipated outcome.  

SPECIFIC projects require a scope of work and are priced according to the deliverables expected
